Agreement

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Potomac Fur Mama, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we", "us").

What we sell

We sell freeze-dried treats for pets. Our products are treats, not a complete diet, and they are not medicine. They are intended as a supplement to a balanced diet appropriate for your animal.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet has a health condition, a food sensitivity, or is on a prescribed diet, talk to your veterinarian before introducing a new food or treat, including ours.

Feeding responsibly

Supervise your animal while it's eating treats, provide fresh water, and follow the feeding guidance on the pouch and on our feeding guide. Treats should be introduced gradually. Stop feeding and consult a vet if you notice a reaction.

Product information and accuracy

We work to keep descriptions, ingredients, guaranteed analysis, and pricing accurate. Even so, errors happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed against the error, refunding you in full.

Photographs are representative. Because our treats are made from sliced fish, individual pieces naturally vary in color and size.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, the pricing was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are shown at checkout.

Our treats are final sale, with support for damaged, incorrect or defective products. Cancellation requests must reach us within one hour of placing an order and can only be fulfilled before it ships. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full details. That policy and our Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe through its payment fields. We don’t receive or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.

Using this site

Don't use the site to break the law, don't try to gain unauthorized access to it, and don't scrape or overload it. We may suspend access if you do.

The contact form accepts text only. Please don’t send us files through it.

Our content

The text, photographs, design, and the Potomac Fur Mama name and marks on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. You're welcome to link to us.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits product warranties or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts sitting in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, so the date at the top of this page matters.
